Familiar With Poverty? I was!

I was sitting in church last Saturday, and the Lord began to speak to me about my finances. He told me to claim and hold on to what He has promised and given me.

He said "Don't be so quick to be broke. You have become familiar with the spirit of lack and don't know what the spirit of plenty feels like. Introduce yourself to Me in this area and walk in it. Walk upright in Me. I've called you to be a Blessing."

This has caused me to change my lifestyle in spending. I am unfamiliarizing myself with low bank account balances and familiarizing myself with accounts that can bless His people as He sees fit!

Angels! Now Who Is satan...Really?

Why do we lessen the importance of angels when Lucifer himself is one, an angel? We put sooooo much emphasis on him and demonic forces and their ability on earth, but give no power to God's angels and their ability with the power of God Almighty and His sovereignty who directly directs them! We put God's angels on clouds with harps and fat little faces with nothing to do, when we give the entire principality of earth and it's heavenlies to satan (an angel) and his imps / demons (sub servant angels). Here again, we give more to the bad and none to the good. As the bad child always gets the attention, when the good child lays in the cracks and gets what they can politely. No More for me... I know the benefits of my God! God's angels are awesome and powerful, they withstood the test of Lucifer, who took only 1/3 of the weak ones, and they chose not to fall but remain with the Creator. They remain in the presence of the Almighty and have the ability and strength to carry through any assignment! No longer will I fret this wicked angel I have given so much power and attention to in my life. I will release my faith and destiny to my God. I will trust His ability to carry out my life's assignment, with the use of His most powerful and faithful Angels!!! God's angels know how to stand satan's (Lucifer's) test...They've Done It Before! They still have their God-given assignments, Lucifer is the one who was fired! Go Angels of God... Gooo!!! I See You At Work!!!

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I repent of my ignorance of the Word of God. I ask you to forgive me of the foolish things I've prayed.

In Jesus' Name, I bind every word that has released the devil or drawn his weapons toward me. I bind every hindering force that I've ever given strength to by the words of my mouth. I break the power of those spiritual forces, in Jesus' Name.

Father, In the Name of Jesus, I ask you to guide me in wisdom and understanding through the scriptural methods to set in motion all that's good, pure, perfect, lovely, and of good report.

I covenant with You to pray accurately. I will keep my mouth. I will speak only that which glorifies God. I will let no corrupt communication proceed out of my mouth, but that which is good to edify and minister grace to the hearer. I will not grieve the Holy Spirit of God whereby I'm sealed to the day of redemption, but I will give glory and honor and praise to the Lord Jesus Christ for all that shall be done.

Thank You, Father, that I am the Body of Christ. The enemy has no power over me.

I proclaim that all that is good, all that is blessed of God, all that is in the perfect will of God, all that God has designed for me shall come to me in Jesus' Name.

All of the evil and the bad reports, all that the enemy has designed to deceive me, to lead me astray, to destroy me, my home, or my finances shall be stopped with the Name of Jesus and the words of my mouth.

I'm blessed in the city and blessed in the field. I'm blessed in the baskets and blessed in the store. I'm blessed coming in; I'm blessed going out. I'm the head and not the tail. I'm above and not beneath. I'm blessed of Almighty God, strengthened with all might according to Your glorious power.

The Greater One is in me; He puts me over in life. The Spirit of Truth is in me; He gives me divine wisdom, divine direction, divine understanding of every situation and every circumstance of life. I have the wisdom of God.

I thank you Father, that I'm led by the Spirit of God. I am at the right place at the right time. My steps are ordered of the Lord. I have the mind of Christ and the wisdom of God is within me. In Jesus' Name. Amen!

He knows too much too soon will kill character, purpose, faith and your love for Him. So take your blessings in the doses that He issues. Remember... some closed doors are blessings too. The Scriptures say His blessings comes without sorrow! He knows what we need. Hallelujah!! So Wait On Him!

Detox From Religion

Friday while walking with the Lord, He spoke to me and said "Detox from Religion".
So being a little slow - as the young people say "brand new" I had to look at both words to know exactly what they meant and here are the definitions...

Detox: cleansing, decontamination, depollution, purification, reclamation, cleaning, clearing

Religion: people’s beliefs and opinions concerning the existence, nature, and worship of a deity or deities, and divine involvement in the universe and human life

Well...
God doesn't desire a "Pharisee Religion Relationship" one that is dictated by people, but an Intimate Relationship where He is your God, Your Father, Your Daddy, the Lover of your soul, Your Guide, Your Provider, Your Protector, Your Motivator, Your Encourager, One who makes you smile and gives you belly-giggles. A relationship that is not rigid, but allows mistakes unto repentence and He will - not religion - show you what actually pleases Him!!! I'm learning God, more and more each day, how to love You!!! You Are Awesome!!!

In Sync with God's Job

A month ago (June 2008) I had a dream about myself. I was sitting in a wheelchair and I was an extremely large woman. I mean, I was filling an extra wide chair with flesh to spare. While I was chair bound I was having flashes of me coordinating cruises, conducting Praise & Worship workshops, singing bgv sessions, working in the church. My mind was just running of things to do for the Kingdom. I was literally out of breath while reminiscing in my chair. I questioned God, "Why is my mind so active on things to do, when it should know my body can't do anything? This is torture. Why isn't my mind in sync with my body?" The Lord spoke to me and simply said "It continues working because I wasn't finished with you yet. Your job was not over. But because you refused to take care of your body, you are not able to complete your job." The next day my niece came by and asked me to walk with her, hesitantly I was giving her an answer like "What? Who me?" but then I thought about the dream and immediately said "Where do we meet to start?!?! I've been walking ever since!

Hallelujah - it feels so good meeting God in the morning on the trail!

God is so faithful! As awesome as He is, it simply blows me away that He cares so much for us! I mean He cares in "High-Definition!" There are so many entries I will be making so stay tuned to find out what God is doing for me, in that you'll will be encouraged in knowing what He will do for you. Nothing has been too great or small! I'm going to let you into my world. As small as it is, it does prove His Sovereignty. Get ready, I'm a blogging!!!
